* acgeneral.m4 (_AC_WARNING_ERROR_IFELSE)
(__AC_WARNING_ERROR_IFELSE): New macros for checking whether
warnings should be considered errors.
(_AC_DIAGNOSE): Use _AC_WARNING_ERROR_IFELSE.
