BUILD: travis-ci bugfixes and improvements

Call missing scripts/build-ssl.sh (which actually builds SSL variants)
Enable OpenSSL, LibreSSL builds caching, it saves a bunch of time
LibreSSL builds are not allowed to fail anymore
Add openssl to osx builds
