arm64: dts: marvell: samsung,coreprimevelte: Enable eMMC

Commit a41fcca4b342 ("mmc: sdhci-pxav3: set NEED_RSP_BUSY capability")
fixed eMMC probing on this board. Enable the eMMC and add its pinctrl.
