esxVMX_GatherSCSIControllers: avoid NULL dereference

* src/esx/esx_vmx.c (esxVMX_GatherSCSIControllers): Do not dereference
a NULL disk->driverName.  We already detect this condition in another
case.  Check for it here, too.
