gccrs: Exclude some inline assembly test

Those tests contains inline assembly which is architecture dependent.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

* rust/execute/inline_asm_inout_ident.rs: Add arch filter on test.
* rust/execute/inline_asm_inout_var.rs: Likewise.
