tidy-up: miscellaneous

- gnutls, mbedtls: fix casing in log messages.
- src/tool_cfgable.h: drop unused header.
- appveyor.sh: variable style.
- cmakelint.sh: sync with libssh2, catch `.cmake.in` explicitly.
- examples: drop obsolete comments, exclamation marks.
- fix comment typos, casing.
