source-maintenance.sh: Fix checkMakeNamedErrorDetails on MacOS (#1885)

    'MakeNamedErrorDetail....*?...': repetition-operator operand invalid

"git grep --extended-regexp" does not support non-greedy sequences on
MacOS. Use an equivalent greedy sequence instead.
