ARM: dts: amlogic: add missing phy-mode in ethmac node

The phy-node property is required, add it and fix:
ethernet@c9410000: 'phy-mode' is a required property
from schema $id: http://devicetree.org/schemas/net/snps,dwmac.yaml#
