shred: don’t document -NUMBER option

The -NUMBER option was removed from ‘shred’ in 1999, but the
manual wasn’t updated to match.  Problem reported by Nick Rose in:
http://bugs.gnu.org/21502

Remove documentation for -NUMBER option.
