checkpatch: Deprecate rcu_read_{,un}lock_trace()

checkpatch: Deprecate rcu_read_{,un}lock_trace()

Uses of rcu_read_lock_trace() and rcu_read_unlock_trace()
are better served by the new rcu_read_lock_tasks_trace() and
rcu_read_unlock_tasks_trace() APIs.  Therefore, mark the old APIs as
deprecated.
