(gdb-force-mode-line-update): New function.
(gdbmi): Stop execution from tool bar with -exec-interrupt.
(gdb-stopped-regexp): Generalise for other stopping reasons.
(gud-gdbmi-marker-filter): Report execution status on modeline.
