DOC: prefer using http-request/response over reqXXX/rspXXX directives

add referrence for "http-request" or "http-response" in reqXXX/rspXXX
directives.

add a paragraph in "http-request" and "http-response" stating that
reqXXX/rspXXX directives are discouraged
