contrib-list.mk (LIST): Remove arm-freebsd6, arm-linux, arm-ecos-elf, arm-rtems, arm-elf and arm-wince-pe.

        * contrib-list.mk (LIST): Remove arm-freebsd6, arm-linux,
        arm-ecos-elf, arm-rtems, arm-elf and arm-wince-pe.
        Use --enable-obsolete for picochip-elf.
