Enable forgotten VIR_CONNECT_LIST_STORAGE_POOLS_* flags

VIR_CONNECT_LIST_STORAGE_POOLS_VSTORAGE and
VIR_CONNECT_LIST_STORAGE_POOLS_ZFS were added to libvirt but the listing
API was not properly updated to use them.
