Docs: Improved lexgrog compatibility (#340)

The generated url_lfs_reqwrite.8 manpage was not parsable by lexgrog:

    $ lexgrog url_lfs_rewrite.8.gz
    url_lfs_rewrite.8.gz: parse failed
