Install using sysupgrade:

  sysupgrade openwrt-qualcommbe-ipq95xx-8devices_kiwi-dvk-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin

Install using U-Boot:

 * Put factory.bin at TFTP server(192.168.2.254) as fwupdate.bin
 * Run 'run do_recovery' in U-Boot shell
