Add build support for libbtrfsutil and implement some Btrfs methods

- Use libbtrfsutil implementation for the following methods:
  - check if a subvolume exists
  - create subvolume, snapshot
  - subvolume read-only check
  - delete subvolume
  - set/get default subvolume
  - filesystem sync
