with some 'make' programs that have a rule to create 'install' from
it there is no 'Makefile'.  (per autoconf 2.12).

build/install-sh [moved from build/install.sh with 100% similarity] patch | blob | blame | history

rename from build/install.sh
rename to build/install-sh
