Remove obsolete Cray support

Gnulib removed this recently, and we should be consistent.
* doc/autoconf.texi (Autoheader Macros):
Use a more up-to-date example.
* lib/autoconf/functions.m4 (CRAY_STACKSEG_END): Remove.
This is backported from the following Gnulib patch:
