python3: add the rdepends for python3-misc

* Add python3-numbers to rdepends for python3-misc to fix below error:
 # python3
 [snip]
 >>> import statistics
 [snip]
 ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'numbers'

* Don't use the hardcoded python3 moudules rdepends
