Update documentation of the QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_CONFIG_CHANNEL_WIDTH
and QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_CONFIG_CHAN_WIDTH_UPDATE_TYPE attributes to
indicate support for per-MLO link configuration.
