dropbear: add dropbearkey.service to FILES

dropbear.socket file contains:
  Also=dropbearkey.service

That's why dropbearkey.service got automatically added to FILES.
Since this incorrect auto adding feature gets dropped from
systemd.bbclass this needs to be added explicitly.
