doc: usage: Fix command in fdt overlay apply sequence

Literally adhering to the docs gave this wrong output:

    U-Boot> setenv fdtaddr 0x87f00000
    U-Boot> fdtaddr $fdtaddr
    Unknown command 'fdtaddr' - try 'help'
