Pull smb server fixes from Steve French:

 - Fix limiting repeated connections from same IP

 - Fix for extracting shortname when name begins with a dot

 - Four smbdirect fixes:
     - three fixes to the receive path: potential unmap bug, potential
       resource leaks and stale connections, and also potential use
       after free race
     - cleanup to remove unneeded queue
