GPU:
- Fix crash on a7xx GPUs not supporting IFPC
- Fix perfcntr use with IFPC
- Concurrent binning fix

DPU:
- Fixed DSC and SSPP fetching issues
- Switched to scnprint instead of snprintf
- Added missing NULL checks in pingpong code

Also documentation fixes.
