* config/darwin.h (LINK_COMMAND_SPEC): Split into...
(LINK_COMMAND_SPEC_A): New.
(DSYMUTIL): New.
(DSYMUTIL_SPEC): New.
* config/darwin9.h (LINK_COMMAND_SPEC): Remove.
(DSYMUTIL_SPEC): Update for darwin >= 9 requirements.
