Fix/improve .gitignore

Fill the .gitignore with more generated files, such as:
- test executables
- results of the automake testing framework (*.log and *.trs)
- sources generated by flex and bison
- generated *.mnemonics files in libcpu
- the helper libcpu/i386_gendis tool
- *.so.1 symlinks

Also, anchor existing filenames to their location when
builddir==srcdir.
