Partial revert.

initialization.
(list<>::cend()): Likewise.
(list<>::erase(const_iterator, const_iterator)): Ensure consistent
iterator comparisons.
(list<>::splice(const_iterator, list&&, const_iterator,
const_iterator)): Likewise.
