qemuxmlconftest: Add 'video-virtio-vga' invocation with QEMU_CAPS_DEVICE_VIRTIO_VGA...

The test case shows that if the 'QEMU_CAPS_DEVICE_VIRTIO_VGA' capability
is not present (e.g. if the corresponding qemu module isn't installed)
libvirt will pick:

  -device '{"driver":"virtio-gpu-pci", ...

instead of:

  -device '{"driver":"virtio-vga", ...

but without any discernable difference in the XML.
