Add TrueNAS to OS's supporting ZSTD

As TrueNAS 12 CORE and Enterprise are released and TrueNAS SCALE is in the making , it's nice to especially reference those, as both support ZSTD compression.
As there is no "OS's" catagory, They are added to "Featured" alongside other OS's as a self-hosted counterweight to "Amazon Redshift" in the same catagory
