tracing/sched: Remove obsolete comment on suffixes

Commit ac01fa73f530 ("tracepoint: Have tracepoints created with DECLARE_
TRACE() have _tp suffix") makes it unnecessary to manually add a suffix.

Remove a now obsolete comment.
