Configuration option CONFIG_CMD_BOOTEFI_SELFTEST is useful for the
development of the UEFI sub-system. For production it is not needed.

Remove CONFIG_CMD_BOOTEFI_SELFTEST from bcm968580xref_ram_defconfig.
