maint: avoid grep warning in sc_prohibit_test_minus_ao

Newer grep(1) complains:
  $ make sc_prohibit_test_minus_ao
  /usr/bin/grep: warning: * at start of expression
  prohibit_test_minus_ao

* cfg.mk (exclude_file_name_regexp--sc_prohibit_test_minus_ao): Fix
expression inroduced in v8.24-120-g3205bb178, and narrow down the file
pattern to the 'doc/' directory.
