Pull Kbuild fixes from Nathan Chancellor:

 - Ensure tools/objtool is cleaned by 'make clean' and 'make mrproper'

 - Drop explicit LZMA parallel compression in scripts/make_fit.py

 - Several fixes for commit 62089b804895 ("kbuild: rpm-pkg: Generate
