doc: drop hosted.txt

I'll have to downsize the server due to increased hosting costs,
so stop advertising these mirrors.

The inboxes still exist, for now; but will probably be proxied
behind an ssh tunnel via slow DSL connection, but it's not worth
increasing traffic to.
