* sysdeps/ieee754/ldbl-128/s_nearbyintl.c (__nearbyintl): Do not
manipulate bits before adding and subtracting TWO112[sx].
* sysdeps/ieee754/ldbl-128/s_rintl.c (__rintl): Likewise.
