Robert Millan's patch requires it.

* libtool.m4: Fixed to use the new GNU/FreeBSD triplet.
* ltdl.m4: Fixed to use the new GNU/FreeBSD triplet.
* ltmain.in: Remove GNU/FreeBSD cases, which are no longer needed.
