gccrs: testsuite: Add a test for .. in slice patterns

Add a test to check wether the syntax of a RestPattern in a SlicePattern
parse correctly.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* rust/compile/slice_rest_pattern.rs: New test.
