DOC: config: balance 'first' not usable in LOG mode

b61147fd ("MEDIUM: log/balance: merge tcp/http algo with log ones")
introduced an ambiguity because 'first' algorithm is not usable in
LOG mode but it was not specified in the doc.

This should be backported in 2.9 with b61147fd.
