arm64: dts: fsl-ls1043a: change uqe to uqe-bus and remove #address-cells

Change node name 'uqe' to 'uqe-bus'.
Remove #address-cells and #size-cells for nodes, which have not child node.

Fix below CHECK_DTBS warning:
