testsuite: Restrict gcc.dg/rtl/aarch64/multi-subreg-1.c test to aarch64 only

	* gcc.dg/rtl/aarch64/multi-subreg-1.c: Add dg-do compile directive
	and restrict the test to aarch64-*-* target only.
