* ng/drop-configure-in:
  maintcheck: obsolete check 'sc_tests_no_configure_in' removed
  cleanup: get rid of 'Automake::Configure_ac' module
  cleanup: just assume configure input is configure.ac
  cleanup: don't support configure.in anymore
