i960 compilers create `b.out' files by default.
Reported by Ralf Corsepius.
* lib/autoconf/lang.m4 (_AC_COMPILER_EXEEXT): Remove b.out files.
(_AC_COMPILER_EXEEXT_DEFAULT): Adjust to b.out.
