NMI watchdog: enabled on all CPUs, permanently consumes one hw-PMU counter. NMI watchdog: enabled on all CPUs, permanently consumes one hw-PMU counter. NMI watchdog: enabled on all CPUs, permanently consumes one hw-PMU counter. NMI watchdog: enabled on all CPUs, permanently consumes one hw-PMU counter. There doesn't appear to be a reason for doing this work every time a write occurs, so only do it when the values change.
