Merge branch 'development'

Fix two memory leaks and start using `libgcrypt` again to avoid a memory leak in `libcrypto`.
Fix a memory allocation error.
Close output_device when AP2 Streamed Audio Pauses or Stops
Close output_device when active period ends and `disable_standby_mode` is set to `"auto"`.
Documentation updates.
