patch 9.1.0106: Visual highlight hard to read with 'termguicolors'

Problem:  Visual highlight hard to read with 'termguicolors'
          (Maxim Kim)
Solution: Set Visual GUI foreground to black (with background=light)
          and lightgrey (with background=dark)
