Shairport Sync now includes a check to ensure that the AAC decoder can decode the stream, which seems to be encoded in Floating Point Linear Planar AAC ("`fltp`") format. (The AAC decoder is provided by the [`libavcodec`](https://www.ffmpeg.org/libavcodec.html) library, part of the [`ffmpeg`](https://www.ffmpeg.org) multimedia framework. If troubleshooting is necessary, the  [`ffmpeg`](https://www.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.html) command line tool is very useful.
