+Fedora installs a firewall by default. To enable Shairport Sync to run properly, ports 319 and 320 must be open for UDP traffic in both directions – this is often referred to as the PTP service in firewall rules. Port 5000 must be open for TCP traffic for AirPlay, and port 7000 for AirPlay 2.
