PR libstdc++/123875 libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog: * testsuite/29_atomics/atomic/cons/static_zero_padding.cc: Move to... * testsuite/29_atomics/atomic/cons/zero_padding.cc: ...here and added heap tests.
