drm/amd/display: Promote DAL to 3.2.336

This version brings along following fixes:
- Fix brightness relevant settings
- Fix calling blanking stream twice
- Extend dc mode validation types to support more scenarios
- Update DMCUB loading sequence for DCN3.5
